ENROLMENT INFORMATION EVENING

Where : PAC (Performing Arts Centre - enter school grounds via Florence St)
Time : 7:30PM until 8:30PM
The format for 2017 will be a little different to previous years. The school principal, Chris Gleeson, will open the evening with some information about how the enrolment process will proceed this year. Following this, School Board members will be available to assist with the completion of application forms, as well as answer any questions you may have about the school.
For families new to our school community, attendance is advisable, but not a requirement. Current families are welcome to attend, however you may prefer just to collect an enrolment pack from the school office. Enrolment Applications will be available on the night, as well as from the School Office from 6th March. Applications close on Friday 17th March at 4:00PM. A non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $50 is payable with each application.
Parents are asked to provide copies of:
- Baptismal Certificate (if not Baptised at St. Therese’s)
- Birth Certificate (Original must be presented)
- Certificate of Immunisation Status for Primary School Enrolment
Interviews will be conducted with children and parents between 9:00AM and 1:00PM, on a number of days from late April to early June (final dates and the booking procedure will be advised in interview invitations). Parents are advised to take note of the address verification process as outlined on the enrolment form. If you have any queries, please call our school office on 9374 6100.
To coincide with the Archdiocese of Melbourne’s Catholic Education Week (March 12th - 19th), St. Therese’s School will be having an Open Day. This is an opportunity for interested families, both current and prospective, to visit the school and see what happens during a “regular” school day.
Our Open Day will be on Wednesday 15th March between 10:00AM and 3:00PM.
Visitors are welcome to enter via the School Office in Edward Street where guides will be available to accompany you around the school.
